    1. Preparing the Treatment Area
    • Sanitize and Organize: Always begin by sanitizing the treatment area and ensuring that all necessary instruments are clean and properly organized. Use barrier protections such as dental covers to maintain a sterile environment.
    • Gather Materials: Collect all required materials and instruments before the patient arrives. This includes items like impression materials, anesthesia, or specific dental tools based on the procedure.
    1. Chairside Assisting
    • Proper Instrument Handing: When handing instruments to the dentist do so in a way that prevents cross-contamination. Hold instruments by the handle and ensure they are passed in a way that allows the dentist to grasp them quickly.
    • Suctioning Techniques: Use the high-volume evacuator (HVE) suction effectively to keep the treatment area dry and free from saliva and debris. Position the suction tip close to the area of treatment to maximize efficiency.
    • Retracting Soft Tissues: Use dental retractors or a cotton roll to keep the soft tissues (lips, cheeks, tongue) out of the way during procedures. This helps improve visibility and access.
    1. Infection Control
    • Adhere to Protocols: Follow strict infection control protocols, including hand hygiene, use of PPE (personal protective equipment), and sterilization procedures for instruments.
    • Disinfection: Regularly disinfect surfaces and equipment between patients. Ensure that surfaces such as countertops, chairs, and light handles are cleaned with appropriate disinfectants.
    1. Assisting with Anesthesia
    • Preparation: Prepare anesthesia materials and syringes with the correct dosage before the procedure. Verify the type and amount of anesthetic with the dentist.
    • Administration: Assist with the administration of local anesthesia by providing the dentist with the necessary tools and suctioning away any excess saliva or blood from the injection site.
    1. Handling Dental Materials
    • Mixing Materials: Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for mixing dental materials such as composites, alginate, GIC, and impression materials. Ensure accurate proportions for optimal results.
    • Application Techniques: Assist the dentist in applying materials, ensuring that they are applied evenly and according to the procedure requirements.
    1. Emergency Situations & BLS training
    • Preparedness: Be prepared for any dental emergencies, such as a sudden allergic reaction or a medical issue. Familiarize yourself with the emergency protocols of the dental office.
    • Immediate Action: If a patient experiences an emergency, stay calm, follow the emergency procedures, and assist the dentist promptly.
    1. Documentation and Record Keeping
    • Accurate Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment notes, radiographic images, and any patient complaints or observations.

This is Dr.Hamda from Somalia, I came across a recommendation for Dr.Bhutani courses in a post in Quora Digest. I asked few friends in India and I got positive feedback as well. It's an interesting course with an excellent instructors. Dr.Deepak Bhutani worked hard with me specially to give me the confidence to work. I can say I was lucky enough to have such care and help. The clinic is impressive with advanced equipments, they use OPG, CBCT scan, digital scanner and many others. We went through different implant systems and we saw many cases. The thing I liked the most in this course was the passion of Dr.Deepak for teaching us and how he was patient with us. There are many others courses going on in Dr.Bhutani clinic and I do recommend them also, if possible I would've loved to enroll in all these other courses and spend more time in Delhi.

Overall the course was excellent and has added to my skills and knowledge which in turn has boosted my confidence in placing implants. It was mainly clinically driven with multiple case planning and hands-on experience on jaw models and on patients. It was an amazing opportunity for me as I placed 2 implants independently on a patient under the guidance and supervision of Dr Vimanyu Kataria. The entire crew including Dr Deepak Bhutani, Dr Vimanyu Kataria and Lt. Col Dr B. R. Chetal Bhutani shared a lot of clinical tips and experiences which was very useful. I am also very thankful to the entire dental auxillary staff who were very helpful and supportive throughout the course. I highly recommend attending this course for all level of implant practitioner.

Recently completed the Prosthodontic Dental Course with Dr Bhutan . This course helped me built confidence in my work and taught me a higher level of dental work environment. Dr Deepak Bhutani and Dr Chetal are great mentors and they make sure that you not only learn but you also improve. It is an all practical course but they always make time to clarify any theoretical doubts. Each student got personal attention while treating their patients which helped rectify common mistakes and complete the task at hand with finesse .They were very generous in sharing their tips on clinical administration and how to tackle both major and minor procedures. The staff members were also very friendly . I had a great time learning under them. Would encourage other dentists who want to learn more and improve their work.

I am licensed US dentist and have been out of dental practice for some time now. It was a great learning experience here as there is a good influx of patients. I got the opportunity to practice basic procedures like scaling to advanced procedures such as crown preparation and RCTs (both anterior and posterior). Moreover, also for someone aspiring to learn complete denture and RPDs this is a great place to learn with Dr Chetal’s experience. Dr Pratima and Dr Deepak are amazing mentors and they really take the the time and effort to teach. I would recommend this course to both beginner and experienced dentists trying to fill in the gaps in their clinical experience.

Amazing 3 days facial aesthetic course with top academicians. Lectures and practical sessions were to the point and it gives me enough confidence to start facial aesthetics in my clinic back in Mauritius. Thank you to Dr Deepak Bhutani, Dr Prathima Bhutani and Dr Chetal along with all other doctors who shared with us their honest experiences and tips and tricks in facial aesthetics. I highly recommend everybody around the globe to please attend this course because our society nowadays gives a lot of importance about looks but also because i highly appreciated the honest approach and knowledge sharing for this course. As Dr Deepak Bhutani repeatedly said :"The Sky is the Limit" so let us start shooting for the stars of facial aesthetics.

Not many of us BDS freshers get the opportunity to work on patients straight after internship. But Dr.Bhutani's clinical course on endodontics and prosthodontics gave me the opportunity to work on patients with the latest technology. It is not about learning on dummies but on patients which gives us the real essence of being a dentist. It was an honor to be guided by Lt.Col.Dr.B.R.Chetal who not only taught me about prosthodontics but every field of dentistry too and also kept advising about how to live a happy healthy life. The environment there was really friendly and warming. A must course for fresher's to enhance their skills.
