As a matter of principle, we would like our candidates to be fully aware of the course details including curriculum, tenure, fees, tests, certifications etc. prior to committing and paying the requisite fees.
- The doctor candidate who has enrolled for a particular course can allocate 100% of the fees towards another course provided the new course is scheduled to be conducted by us within 6 months from the date of commencement of the original course.
- If the management cancels a course due to unavoidable circumstances, a part of the course fees will be refunded at the discretion of the management.
- Course fees will not be refunded for the following reasons, irrespective of how early the refund application is submitted:
- Cancellation of admission due to change of mind.
- Cancellation of admission due to commitments other than medical emergency.
- Cancellations and refund applications will not be entertained if submitted later than one month before the commencement of the said course.
- Under special circumstances, 100% refund of fees will be permitted at the discretion of the management with the following conditions:
- Fees will be refunded in the case of a life-threatening medical emergency.
- A valid proof of the illness from a certified medical authority is obtained.
- The refund application is submitted along with the medical authority’s certificate.
- The refund amount will be calculated after deduction of the administrative costs and other processing expenditure incurred by the management which could be up to 30% of the total course fees.
